This Shirt is evocative of Alexander Calder's early work, but also speaks to me of Matisse enough to compel me to keep looking. Interesting how the innermost arc is black and tomb-like, obviously speaking to the artist's fears. Notice the thick corners tapering down to very narrow bottoms. Ms. Fox (not her real name?) clearly has great depth of spirit and perhaps some angst? This is one artist I'm looking forward to seeing more from.
Shirtprize is a drastically open art competition that is open to any artist, graphic designer , photographer or person who wants to put something cool on a t-shirt. Because let’s face it, t-shirts are more than just an undergarment. They’re a cotton canvas in multiple sizes, and each of them has a story. Enter today and you could win fame and...well, you could win fame anyway. Visit http://www.shirtprize.com/ to enter.
